SEC FORM NT 11-K
SEC Form NT 11-K is a filing to be submitted in lieu of SEC Form 11-K under the Securities and Exchange Commission. If for some reason, a company is not able to submit SEC Form 11-K or any similar form on time then it may opt to file SEC Form NT 11-K. A registrant must first accomplish Form 12b25 then file the SEC Form 11-K within 15 days of the filing of the Form 12b25.
