SECURED NOTE
Secured Note is a kind of loan supported by the asset of the borrower. In the case of default, the borrower’s pledged assets may be sold to repay the note and thus reduce the risk found in secured notes and at the same time lower the interest rate of lenders as well due to low risk. Unsecured notes is not backed up by assets accounting for the higher risk thus higher interest rates.
