Series 79 is an examination under the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) to qualify a Limited Representative - Investment Banker. Series 79 was made to ensure that test takers have ample knowledge regarding financial restructuring, buyouts, mergers and acquisition, etc.
