SEP
Simplified Employee Pension (SEP)/Simplified Employee Pension IRA is a retirement plan that may be established by an employer or a self-employed entity or individual. In this retirement plan, the employer is enabled to impose tax deductions for the contribution made in the SEP plan. It also allows members to contribute on a discretionary basis to the SEP IRA of an eligible employee.
