SINKABLE BOND
A sinkable bond is a kind of bond issue. It is backed by a fund and sets aside money regularly to guarantee investors that payments will be paid on both principal and interest payments. Sinkable bonds have reduced risks that’s why they have lower interest rates. For companies, the sinkable bond obligations are required to be made available to investors through the prospectus and corporate financial statement.
