SPILLOVER DIVIDEND
Spillover dividend is a kind of dividend. It is where the taxable and payment year happen at different periods caused, most often, by a dividend declared at the fourth quarter or near the end of a calendar year whose actual distribution date happens at the first quarter or the start of the following calendar year.
