THRESHOLD LIST
Public accounting of market settlement system failures or fails released daily by the National Securities Clearing Corporation. Adhering to SEC regulations, such failure appears when a security is not delivered within the allotted settlement period, normally five days. Also called Regulation SHO Threshold Security List.
