TJALLING C. KOOPMANS
Dutch-American economist who received the 1975 Nobel Memorial Prize in Economics, along with Soviet mathematician and economist Leonid Kantorovich, for their research on the optimum allocation of resources and developing activity analysis. He also developed the Koopmans’ theorem, a chemistry concept.
