TRAILER INTERCHANGE AGREEMENT
Contract facilitating the transfer of a trailer to a second trucker in order to deliver the trailer to the final destination or until it can be moved to another trucker. Most common in delivering semi-trailers, the agreement outlines the parties engaged in the transfer of the trailer used in shipping goods, locations at which the trailer will be exchanged, the way of delivering the trailer, and fee charged for the delivery.
