TWO-STEP MORTGAGE
Adjustable rate mortgage which offers an initial fixed interest rate over a time period, then offers another interest rate based on current market rates. At the adjustment rate, the borrower has the option to choose either a fixed interest rate or a variable interest rate for the remaining mortgage term.
