UNDERWRITER
Underwriter refers to a company or any other entity administering the public issuance and distribution of securities from a particular corporation or other issuing bodies. It basically works with the issuing body in order to determine the offering price of securities, buy the securities from the issuer, and finally sell these securities to investors.
