UNLAWFUL LOAN
Unlawful Loan is a generic term that describes an act of loaning that is against the law. When a party willingly gives another party money to be repaid in a future time but have circumstances that breaks the law, it will fall under unlawful loan. Examples of circumstances are high interest rates, high loan amounts, and loans that violate the Truth in Lending Act.
