UPPER MANAGEMENT
Upper Management is the term given to an entity that may be an individual or a group of people who have the responsibility to make the essential decisions in a company. A company’s upper management are the people who are at the very top of the corporate ladder who have powers that are given to them by shareholders and board of directors of the company. They are responsible and have the control over the lower level personnel. CEOs, COOs, and CFOs are all upper management.
