ZERO-COUPON CONVERTIBLE
Zero-Coupon Convertible is an instrument with a fixed income. It has both the features of a zero-coupon bond and a convertible bond. Therefore, this type of bond pays no interest, and it can be converted into the issuer’s common stock at a specified conversion price.
