Working in a non-profit is not as lucrative as in a corporate world. The salary is lower, but benefits are better and jobs in this sector are more stable in the long run. If you hold a higher position, you can still earn a decent income.

Accountant
Basically, the work required for this position is the same as for an accountant in a company. Entities in the non-profit sector need an accountant as well for money matters.
Director of Fundraising
This is perhaps one of the most challenging jobs in the sector, as those responsible for generating money for their employers often face a huge order. Duties of a director of fundraising include meeting with prospective donors to persuade them to make contributions to the organization, and organizing events and programs aimed at raising money for the institution. Financial Aid Officer
Majority of educational organizations hire at least one financial aid officer to assist current and potential students secure funding for their schooling. A secure position, this official will help the institution get more students in their office.
Interns / Volunteers
You may want to consider volunteering in an organization by working as an intern in the accounting department or helping them generate money to sustain their activities. This is especially applicable for people who are still studying or not concerned with raising money in a non-profit institution.
Loan Officer
Some non-profit organizations make loans to individuals who qualify. These institutions need experienced loan officers to handle originating and facilitating various loans such as mortgage and vehicle loans.
Treasurer
Bigger non-profit institutions often need a treasurer. Especially if they have collected a considerable amount of money, this professional will contend with them.
Venture Philanthropy
It pertains to venture capitalists and socially responsible lenders who make a profit from this sector. Companies aim to raise capital from loans and funding to borrowers and businesses in low-income areas in which capital is nearly impossible to secure from conventional sources such as banks.
