1040 FORM
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) form used to file the individual’s annual income tax return. The form is comprised of sections which require the taxpayer to state their financial income status for the year to determine if he owes additional taxes or is eligible for a tax refund. The 1040 form has to be filed with the IRS by April 15. Also called long form or the US Individual Income Tax Return.
