12B-1 FUND
Mutual fund charging 12B-1 fees to its holders instead of the up-front or back-end commissions. Such funds take a specific part of assets and use it to pay expense fees and distribution costs. These expenses are included in the fund’s expense ratio, as stated in the prospectus.
