401-K PLAN
Tax-deferred salary savings plan created by employers in which eligible employees can make contribution on a post-tax and/or pre-tax basis. Employers can make matching or non-elective contributions to the plan on their employees’ behalf, and also incorporate a profit-sharing feature.
