A method in business valuation that utilizes discounted cash flow analysis in determining the financial worth of a company, The absolute value method is different from the relative value models that evaluates the worth of company in comparison to its competitors. The absolute value models are trying to determine the intrinsic worth of the company based on its projected cash flows.
