ACCELERATED BOOKBUILD
It is a form of equity offering that can be found in capital markets. It involves a short time offering of shares with only a little or no marketing at all. In just one or two days, the bookbuild of the offering will be done. Some underwriters might guarantee the minimum price and directly go to the firm offering the shares.
