ACCOUNTING EARNINGS
In general term it is the profit or earnings of the company in a given period of time, it is usually done quarterly or yearly. It helps measure the profitability of the company but the investors should not just consider the earning itself but also the quality of the earnings in evaluating the company’s earning. They consider if it is repeatable, controllable and bankable.
