Accounting Research Bulletins (ARBs) is published by the AICPA's Committee on Accounting Procedure. The committee was replaced by the Accounting Principles Board last 1959. They were published in Accounting Standards: Original Pronouncements. IThe said published article is a compilation of accounting standards published by the the Financial Accounting Standards Board or FASB.
