ACTIVITY DRIVER ANALYSIS
The assessment and identification of the factors involved in the costing of services and goods. The activity driver analysis is an organ of activity-based costing, and assists the management to monitor the cost of some activities to cost objects. The different activity drivers and the cost related to it are compared in the activity driver analysis in an attempt to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
