ACTUAL TOTAL LOSS
A loss that happens when the insured property is totally in wreck or is damaged beyond recovery or repair for further use, or the insured individual is irretrievably deprived of it. Normally, this connotes to the optimum settlement possible in relation to the terms of the policy.
