ACTUARIAL AGE
The life expectancy of an individual based on statistical modeling and calculations. Actuaries utilizes statistical and mathematical computations for predicting the life expectancy of a person, or his/her actuarial age, to help insurance companies with planning, forecasting and pricing. For instance, having the knowledge of the actuarial age of a person will assist in determining the most appropriate payments from an annuity.
