A calculation method exercised to arrive at the cash surrender value (CSV) of an insurance policy. Adjustments Premium Method procedures:
- compute for the first-year expense allowance
- Get the Adjusted Premium
- The Adjusted Premium must be substituted for the Net Level Premium employed in the equation to come up with the Prospective Reserve.
