ADVANCED FUNDED PENSION PLAN
A pension plan that is funded along with the accrued benefits of the employee. It is intended for the preparation of the retirement of the employee. The advanced funded pension are commonly defined contribution plans, and are well funded. It can be funded by a combination of the employee and the employer, or by the employee alone.
