ADVERTISING CLUB OF NEW YORK

The communication professionals' main organization in New York. It caters its members a forum for networking, exchanging ideas, recognition of excellence, and even career development. The origin of Advertising Club of New York may be traced back up to 1896, wherein a group of business people known as the Sphinx Club conducts a regular meeting to have a discussion about the advertising business. In 1906, it was changed to Advertising Men's League and subsequently the Advertising Club of New York in the year 1915. It is also known as the AD Club.
