AGREED AMOUNT CLAUSE
A provision in property insurance in which the co-insurance requirement is waived with the consent of the insurer. The insurers are requiring a statement of property values which is signed by the insured to serve as a condition of activating or involving a settled worth of provision in a commercial asset policy to acquire an agreed amount clause.
