MEXICO
An annual Christmas bonus, required by the law, that businesses in Mexico had to pay to their employees. The payment must be made on the 20th of December of each year. It is equivalent to at least 15 days worth of wage, and may be prorated if in case the employee has still not completed a whole year with the company.
