ALL SAVERS CERTIFICATE
An all savers certificate is a kind of non-taxable certificate of the deposit account with a span of one year which is used primarily by thrift institutions for building mortgage lending funds. The Economic Recovery Tax Act of 1981 authorized all Savers Certificates.
