ALTMAN Z-SCORE
The credit strength that gauges a company’s bankruptcy. It is based on 5 financial ratios from the data that can be found on the company’s annual 10k report. Companies who will have a score below 1.8 means they will be face bankruptcy while companies with score of 3.0 above is safe.
