AMERICAN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION INDEX - ACSI
It gives information on how U.S. consumers are satisfied with the quality of products available to them. They have four levels of indexes or scores - first is the national customer satisfaction score, second is 10 economic sector scores, third is 43 industry scores, and fourth is the scores for more than 200 companies. It is an important indicator of economic performance for individual firms.
