ANNUAL
An event that takes place once a year. The annual reports or events may include shareholder meetings, taxes, and corporate filings such as a 10-K. These kinds of announcements are contradictory to those reported quarterly, 10-Q for example. Other important events that takes place on an annual basis, include annual compounding events and annual fees.
