ANNUITY CONTRACT
A written agreement between a customer and an insurance company which gives an outline of both parties' obligations within the annuity coverage agreement. This document consists of specific details of the contract, such as the any penalties for early withdrawal, annuity structure (fixed or variable), spousal provisions such as rate of spousal coverage, survivor clause, and many more.
