It is a worldwide, non-profit think-tank that is based in Wye River, Md., Washington D.C., and Aspen, Colorado with the mission to provide a balanced and neutral place to air out and discuss opinions to act on different critical issues and to develop a leadership based on values. It conducts different seminars, public conferences and events, policy programs, and young-leader fellowships in order to support their goals.
