ASSESSABLE CAPITAL STOCK
It is the capital stock of any financial institution including bank that can be subjected to assessment. It makes shareholders of a company liable for the amount that is greater than what they actually paid for it. However, this will only be done in the event of insolvency or bankruptcy.
