ASSET FINANCING
By using the assets’ balance sheets of the company like inventory, short-term investments and account receivables to borrow or loan money, the borrower gives assurance of assets security interest to the lender. It is different from other traditional financing methods such as issuing equity or debt securities, as the borrower simple makes a promise the value of its asset to make a quick cash loan.
