ASSET VALUE PER SHARE
The whole value of an investment fund divided by its number of shares outstanding. This kind of asset value per share, most often, is regarded as "NAV," "net asset value," or "net asset value per share." An asset value per share, may also indicate to the total assets of a company minus its total liabilities, then divided by its number of shares outstanding. In such case, the it can be regarded to as "net current asset value per share."
