ASSIGNMENT METHOD
A method of distributing the resources of the organization. The assignment method is employed to gain knowledge on what resources are designated to which machine, department or center of operation in the production process. The method is rendered to properly allocate the number of employees to a task or machine, and the number of jobs that particular factory or machine can produce.
