ASSIGNOR
An entity, person, or company who relocates the right that they are holding into another entity. The assignors gives to the assignee. For example, a group (the assignor) that engages into a contract to sell a part of the property can designate the benefits, or proceeds of the contract, to a third party (the assignee).
