ATA CARNET
A international customs document which permits its users to remove import taxes and duties and hastily clear customs on momentary imports into participating carnet territories and countries. For example, the carnet is useful to music tour managers who needs to bring merchandise and equipment related to an event into a country for a few weeks or days. Almost any type of goods can be imported with an ATA carnet other than mail, disposable goods, and consumable goods.
