AUDITABILITY
The capacity to attain accurate results in the examination of a financial reporting of a company. Auditability is distinct from the financial recording practices of the company, the forthrightness of the managers who communicate with the auditors and the company's transparency. A company with complete records and a great deal of transparency has higher auditability than those companies whose managers are evasive and records incomplete.
