B NOTE
In a security backed by commercial mortgage, B note is the secondary tranche. These notes are components of A/B/C financing or A/B Financing. These notes have lower credit rating compared to class-A notes but they have higher rating compared to class-C notes. The collateral for these notes can be financed properties.
It is also called as Class B note.
