BACK OF THE NAPKIN BUSINESS MODEL
A casual word that pertains to the illustration of the fundamental parts of a business model except for any fine details. It include only the primary concepts and success determinants of the business. The term originated from the notion that a fast outline of a business can be easily draw on the back of a napkin to appropriately demonstrate its basic ideas.
