BACK-END RATIO
A scale that signifies what part of a person's monthly salary goes on paying credits. Total monthly credit involves expenditures like as credit-card payments, mortgage payments (composed of PITI), child aid and other loan payments. Bestower utilizes this scale in connection with the front-end ratio to grant mortgages.
