BAD CHECK
A check rooted from a nonexistent account or to an account which does not have enough funds to fulfill the check when it is presented.
"Passing" bad check is an illegal activity, and the crime can level from a misdemeanor up to a felony, basing on the amount involved and if in case the activity includes crossing state lines.
