BALANCED SCORE CARD - BSC
Strategic management and planning system employed extensively by organizations and businesses worldwide. The benefits of the system include additional focus on results, better performance and communications, and aligning business activities with organization strategy.
What the balance score cards is proposing is that the organization must be taken from four perspectives, with metric developed, and data are collected and analyzed for each of them. The four perspectives are: Learning and Growth; Financial; Customer; and Internal Business Processes.
