BASIS TRADING
An arbitrage trading system that targets to earn from anticipated mispricing of the same securities. A trading strategy in which a trader accepts that two the same securities are mispriced connected to each other, and the trader will take opposing short and long positions in the two securities, in the sake of earning from the accumulation of their values is related to basis trading. Its usual goal is to profit off very little basis point movements in price between two securities, thats why it is called as basis trading.
