BINOMIAL TREE
Graphical representation of an option’s possible intrinsic value at different nodes and time periods. Its value depends on the likelihood the price of the asset may either increase or decrease at any specified node. The model’s limitation is its uses only two possible price points, but in reality, the asset’s price is not limited to two points.
